In 2001 VALMONT launched l’Elixir des Glaciers. A luxurious series, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. For this occasion, La Quintessence des Glaciers was released — a concentrate of science, luxury and nature that expresses the scientific research and the purest ingredients.
La Quintessence des Glaciers scales the heights of nature, science and luxury. For the first time, the famous l’Elixir des Glaciers combines its most powerful natural ingredients in their purest and most concentrated form. This scientific achievement results in a rare trio that soothes the skin: La Sève des Glaciers, La Source des Glaciers and Le Nectar des Glaciers. Exceptional textures and formulas pamper the skin with an intensive, four-week treatment that is attuned to the skin’s biorhythms. A scientific masterpiece, La Quintessence des Glaciers has high concentrations of rare ingredients that are masterfully combined with state-of-the-art active ingredient complexes and systems for transporting the components in the skin to achieve maximum effectiveness.
The series is dedicated to pure nature. Polyactive plant extracts, such as Rosa Moschata, Echinacea and Sea Buckthorn from VALMONT’s own high Alpine garden in partnership with a local bio cooperative are among the ingredients, selected for their valuable lifting properties. Added to this are honey, propolis and royal jelly from the hives sponsored by the VALMONT GROUP in Switzerland, as well as sturgeon DNA from sustainable aquaculture and natural essential minerals such as magnesium, manganese and selenium. These precious concentrates are artfully formulated with the finest and lightest emulsions to offer a refined sensory pleasure. In La Sève des Glaciers and Le Nectar des Glaciers, they are captured in a complex structure of thousands of imperceptible micro-droplets.

La Sève des Glaciers revitalizes the skin in the morning with a blend of moisturizing active ingredients that provide instant radiance before a protective day cream is applied. This care presents a new Chrono-Light cocktail that acts like a real light therapy session, stimulating the skin’s metabolism and repairing UV damage. Sturgeon DNA and essential minerals moisturize and vitalize, while plants from the high Alpine garden and oat extract smooth and balance the skin, leaving it supple. The day begins with toned and extraordinarily radiant skin. La Source des Glaciers is a night care for skin renewal. While you sleep, a triple exfoliation system acts on the surface and deeper layers of the skin. It contains powerful yet gentle PHAs (the latest generation of biological exfoliants) that leave the skin extremely soft. The pores are refined and the skin is finely retextured.
Le Nectar des Glaciers provides an unparalleled level of hydration, repair and regeneration. The 2021 edition is inspired by the New York Art Deco movement of the 1920s, when stylized and clean geometric shapes brought to life the decorative, almost futuristic signature of the city’s architecture. Limited to 500 pieces per year, La Quintessence des Glaciers is enclosed in a beautiful, individually numbered casket signed by Valmont’s founders.

LA SÈVE DE GLACIERS
Works against moisture deficiency, inflammation, wrinkles and UV damage. In the resulting process, the skin is smoothed, moisturized and radiant. The result is a glowing complexion and smoothed, firmer skin. Ingredients: Sturgeon DNA and Marvelous Mineral Complex (hydration and vitality), Precious Plants Firming Oat Sugar (balances the skin and immediately smoothes facial features), Chrono-Light Cocktail (strengthens the skin through its light therapy-like action, repairing related damage and facilitating cell renewal).
Application: Apply 7 pumpfuls to cleansed skin in the morning instead of your usual serum. Apply to face and neck, followed by day care.
LA SOURCE DES GLACIERS
Renews the surface of the skin. The result is a refined texture, finer pores and an all-round renewed skin. Ingredients: PHA (Polyhydroxy Acid) Lactobionic Acid (for effective, progressive and gentle exfoliation, BHA (Beta Hydroxy Acid) Salicylic Acid (gradually removes dead skin cells and cleanses pores) Fruit Enzymes: Papaya and Prickly Pear extracts (enhance natural exfoliation processes).
Application: In the evening, after cleansing and toning, apply 7 pumps to the face with your hands or on a cotton pad. Then apply Le Nectar des Glaciers.
LE NECTAR DES GLACIERS
Acts against dryness, repairs and moisturizes the skin and provides nourishment and regeneration. Ingredients: Essence of the Bees Complex (intensively nourishes, repairs and soothes) Glacial water sugar in liposome (thoroughly and deeply nourishes), DNA in liposome (strengthens intercellular cement), RNS in liposome (stimulates repair processes), Royal jelly peptides in liposome (accelerates cell renewal and eliminates oxidized proteins).
Application: Apply in the evening instead of the usual serum on the cleansed skin. Apply 7 pumps to the face and neck. Follow with a night cream.
